I replaced a 20 year old Serta coil spring mattress with this one and slept great on the first night. There was a mild odor from the foam material for a few days, but no problems now. I also got the box spring/foundation which is a perfect match. Quiet and comfortable.

I deeply regret purchasing this mattress, and would return it if the retailer I bought it from (Haverty's) accepted returns. Unfortunately not.
Unsupportive: I got a "medium" level of firmness. To me, it feels soft, and much softer than the medium I tried in the store. Many reviews mention the support giving out rapidly. I believe this, as I've only had it two weeks and immediately I felt like I was sinking in too far, putting my spine out of alignment. In a year, I expect it will be much worse. The foam doesn't seem to expand back very quickly, either. It doesn't seem like a mattress that will last very long, despite costing $1100.
Allergenic: When I touch the mattress with my bare hands, little bumps appear on my skin a bit later. I suspect this is an allergic reaction to one of the foams. I've covered it with a mattress protector, but I still don't feel comfortable sleeping 8 hours on something I'm allergic to.
Short: Twin XL mattresses are 80 inches long. This mattress is 76.5" inches long. A regular Twin is 75". It's essentially just a regular Twin in length, but it cost an extra $100.
I contacted both the retailer and Serta.com for assistance, and was basically told there was nothing they could do as far as returns, even though it was falsely advertised as a Twin XL, and possibly causing an allergic reaction. I will never purchase another Serta, or any mattress store that doesn't offer returns. It's too much of a risk to spend over $1000 on something that could be potentially unhealthy to sleep on.

CF3000 Hybrid - Plush - Queen, I purchased this mattress after looking and researching a ton of different mattresses. Serta incorporated a lot of advanced features into the cover and foam layers which you can read about in the literature if you're interested. I can say that even with a cooling protective mattress cover it does not sleep hot. Serta Hybrid is primo and it extremely well made. Great edge support, medium-soft cushioned top layer, but with extensive support. I suffer from back pain and this bed is cushioned to releave pressure points, but also provide the support. The mattress looks amazing as well. Only complaint is the fabric on top of it is a bit slippery and my sheets come off the corners if I move too much. Otherwise I love this bed!

This is a nice mattress but the one I got is not a Full size. Full size as advertised in 75" and the one delivered is only 74" and IMO makes a difference.as my toes touch the edge.

I've purchased and returned many beds in the last two years. I bought the Serta CF1000 medium and returned it, was too firm. I'm a side sleeper and it gave me hip and shoulder pain. Serta was excellent handling my return. I upgraded to the CF3000 plush. Perfect!!!! There was no need to wait 30 days to give this mattress a great review. Very happy with my purchase and getting a good nights sleep and waking without hip and shoulder pain. Thanks Serta!

I've had this mattress around 2 months. I thought with the higher price and name brand this mattress would be perfect for me. I wake up in the middle of the night Every night with terrible back pain. I wish I had purchased from a retailer that allowed a try out period. I wouldn't have kept this thing 2 days max.

First the basics, height 5'5", weight 165. Fibromyalgia sufferer. Former Serta iComfort Savant owner (LOVED it). I exchanged an iComfort CF4000 Plush because that mattress was never plush. It remained hard as a rock after 60 days, my hips and shoulders felt quite painful by morning. No pressure relief there. So onto the hybrid I went. Exchanged for the CF3000 Hybrid Plush, which was less money than the CF4000 Plush. I had to pay $100 for exchange only (no refund allowed) and received no refund of difference in price from my local store. Lesson #1- check out manufacturers site first. Serta had a much more fair/reasonable exchange/refund policy.
Serta was fantastic in getting the mattress made and delivered to the store during Covid! Waiting time was only a few weeks.
The Serta CF3000 Hybrid is well made! The outside covering of the mattress has strong seams and nice material. It is uniformly shaped with great corners. The sides are strong without being uncomfortable. The sides give a little but not too much. Serta didn't cut any corners there. That's where the good news ends for me.
There is no cooling effect in this mattress, even though it's rated for some of the highest cooling. I absolutely roast in it and every night spend time moving around searching for a "cool" spot. The "Plush" in this mattress is way too soft. I don't know how Serta can call both of the beds I've had "Plush", these two "Plush" beds are completely the opposite! Because this bed is so soft, that when I flip over to other side (start out on back, but predominantly a side sleeper) I literally have to use the opposite foot to give me leverage to do so. The softness doesn't work for pressure relief and I'm back to sore shoulders, hips and back again. At least the CF4000 didn't give me a backache. But I'm stuck now, over $3,500 invested and no where to go.
I'm not trying to bash Serta, I've had good luck in the past. I realized that I have to look around more next time, there goes my Serta loyalty. Good news is I don't think this mattress will last years, like the last Serta I had. I'll probably be sinking to the box springs in a few years.

If you offer 1025 year warranty that's on you guys know if you don't wanna follow or buy buy a 10 year warranty don't offer one you're gonna make the customer jump through a bunch of crazy hoops and then still tell them now give me a break don't waste your time go with a casper mattress more comfortable.

Bought the queen size CF3000 Hybrid Medium in late February 2021 based on salesman's recommendation. Way too firm for us so exchanged for Plush model about 4 weeks later. Within a month however for both models there were already deep impressions on both sides of bed and a 'ridge' in between us. I weigh less than 160lbs so I thought this strange. I assume the memory foam responds so maybe the springs give way? Either way for side sleepers this bed does not provide comfort. Wife and I both wake up with sore hips and shoulders. Wouldn't recommend this mattress

I previously purchased an all foam flippable bed in a box. After suffering for a month trying to get a good night's sleep, I decided to return it & order myself a mattress from the experts, Serta. It did take several weeks to arrive, but the minute I laid down on it I knew it was worth the wait. This mattress is so soft & plush, so comfortable & downright amazing, I have a hard time making myself get up in the morning. I never really realized the difference between sleep & restful sleep but I do now. I no longer get up tired & drag through my day. I was also really surprised at how well the cooling properties work. You can literally feel the coolness when you touch the bed. Of course after laying in one spot for a while that coolness eases, but it's never hot-more of a nice, neutral temp. I'm not the only one in love with this mattress-my 2 dogs are obsessed & I constantly find them napping on my iComfort. Thank you Serta for giving me & my fur babies the rest we were lacking. Highly recommend!

I would have rated this mattress 5/5, however, my mattress arrived with stains (which I hope doesn't affect the warranty). This is an initial review as I just recieved the mattress today. I ordered the 3000 plush hybrid, which feels more like a medium or medium-plush when compared to a traditional plush mattress if that makes sense. My mattress is much softer than the models in the store, but I'm okay with that. There is a smell that I'm sure will fade within a few days. It does bother me, but I'm okay in knowing that it just comes with the territory of buying new things. I added white glove delivery to my purchase and the men that assisted me were extremely professional and kind. I am an edge sleeper that prefers side and stomach sleeping. This bed does have great edge support, which is why I opted for the hybrid. I am very pleased with my purchase thus far. I only have one additional "side note" request to Serta: Please make mattress protectors as I would have loved to add it to my purchase vs going with another vendor.

Horrible to sleep on! This mattress is two years old and gets such a deep Nest I have to go up hill to turn over. I can't just roll over on it. It's impossible to get a good nights sleep, my shoulders and hips hurt so bad after a night on this mattress. Instead of looking forward to go to bed, I look at my mattress and ask her who's gonna win tonight. My mattress usually wins and keeps me awake all night

This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. It hugs the natural curves of my body and supports my back. It is soft yet firm and it feels like I am melting into my mattress when I lay down. I get better sleep and tossing & turning are a thing of the past. I can tell that the fabric used to cover this mattress is high quality. Overall a perfect mattress for somebody who needs support yet prefers a soft mattress. Bonus: This bed keeps me from overheating through out the night.

We have been sleeping on the iComfort CF3000 Hybrid Plush for a few weeks and I have to say I am very impressed. Probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever had. At first when you lay down it gives you the firmness you need to get settled and then as you get still you kind of sink it to it as it form fits the contours of your body. I was having back issues and also headaches but since I have been sleeping on this one I have had no issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Great design and the best comfort..

I really like this mattress alot. This mattress is just right for me. I like that is isnt to firm or to soft. This is a hybrid plush and it feels amazing! My old mattress was making my back hurt. I've been looking for a mattress to help me with my shoulder pain and back pain, and finding the icomfort hybrid plush has been a huge blessing! I have not slept this good in years. I am able to get up in the mornings without excruciating pain in my shoulders or back. I wake up refreshed and well rested. I don't toss and turn all night anymore either. This mattress gives me the firmness I need but also the softness I need. It is the perfect mix of both. Another huge thing I love, is the cooling effect. I stay cool all night. It's such a calming, soothing feeling just laying down on this mattress at night, knowing I'm about to sleep like a baby! Everything about this mattress is great!

The real deal when it comes too mattress, quality, comfort softness. This is the best mattress I have ever had in my entire life. I sleep with my husband in my bed ( and cat) I found that weight does not transfer and we have both slept so much better not being interrupted by the other person rolling over or trying to get comfortable and I move a lot during the night. One thing that really shocked me about this bad was the claim that it would stay cool which it absolutely does my hubby sweat a lot during the nigh and he noticed the change . This is an incredible quality bed and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great memory foam bed if you want to sleep like angels!

I have bought and owned many mattresses in my days. From a plain Mattress to pillow top and memory foam. I was pretty excited when I found out Serta came out with a hybrid inner spring and a memory foam. My wife was extremely excited too! They day it came, we both were just excited to go to bed that night. Im a hot natured person so staying cool at night was of the utmost importance. And yes, it did deliver! We both stayed so comfortable and cool! The memory foam contours and hugs your body. I cant begin to explain how well we both slept that night, and every night since then. I was chosen to receive this product in an exchange for an honest review. I received the Serta i comfort 3000 plush. I love how this bed conforms to your body and keeps you cool with the cooling effect that's built into the bed. I have to admit that when I wake up in the morning if I don't use a pillow between my legs, I will wake up with lower back pain. I'm not sure if this bed is too firm even though its plush or just not giving me enough support. If I sleep with the pillow between my legs and on my side I have a better quality sleep each night. I've noticed I sleep harder and move less throughout the night. Also when I or my husband move our movement doesn't disturb each other which is a huge plus! Once you receive the bed you will notice a very strong paint smell, this does tend to fade away, give it at least 2 weeks. This is overall a great bed I just think maybe this isn't the right bed for back sleepers, but definitely side sleepers. Thank for the opportunity to review this product.

I layed on the mattress as soon as I placed it on my box spring. It was easy to place down, but have a little weight to it It has a lot of comfort,it's nice and soft, felt really great on my back. It's high enough to sit and stand off of it. I didn't had to worry about struggling to get up or anything. I'm really satisfied with it. All that plush really worked wonders. I didn't had to worry twisting and turning at night.

I don't even know where to begin. We had just recently replaced a mattress of 20 years that was causing us serious back and muscle pain, however the new mattress just wasn't making us feel any better. We got the iComfort CF3000 Hybrid Plush just to see if maybe it would make a difference. It was like night and day. The iComfort literally took all the back pain away in one night! Although it is very plush, it is gradual. You don't sink in right away like other mattresses. It forms to you body to relieve any pressure points and then will go back to it's original shape immediately. An added plus is the cool touch technology. We seem to sweat a lot at night with other mattresses, no matter the material. This mattress will keep you cool all night long. This is the best sleep we have had in years!

I have loved my mattress for years and was very hesitant to change it, but got married and wanted something new for us as a couple, so we tried this bed out.. And wow do we ever love it, keeps us cool and comfortable all night, I have carpel tunnel pretty bad and I had todded and turned every night for years and some how I sleep better and in longer stretches, with this mattress.
It's Plush feel, just the right amount of firmness for us, or bed for many years to come.

The Serta iComfort CF3000 gets two thumbs up from me and if I had more thumbs they would be up too! I chose the plush version based on previous experience with memory foam being too firm on other mattresses and pillows for me. The mattress is 12" thick with carbon fiber memory foam, their "UltraCold System", and their "Max Cold" cover. I am a hot sleeper year round, but being in the beautiful south, the summers can be rough and then I end up sleeping extra hot. I haven't had this mattress through summer yet, but I can already tell I'll be great! My previous experience with memory foam is that it was cool at first, then it absorbed my body heat and then ended up making me much hotter and uncomfortable, but NOT THIS TIME! The mattress is ultra comfortable throughout the whole night. My temperature stayed comfy, my usual pressure points were not an issue.. I sleep like a rock! This mattress contours the body and supports you. The hips and shoulders are my biggest issue since I am a combo sleeper and I can lay on my side or in any position and be totally supported and comfortable. My old mattress felt as if it was pushing back on my pressure points and I would toss and turn all night and wake up in the morning sore. This mattress is so comfy that I do not toss and turn.. I lay on my side and I wake up the same way. No matter how I fall asleep, I wake up with no more aches and pains! I am all around totally comfortable! I absolutely love this mattress! I am really impressed with the amazing quality and comfort! Serta is doing great things here! You will not regret buying this mattress!

Wow is all I can say. This mattress is everything you could ever want in a plush style. I've never been a fan of firm style mattresses so when I laid on this I was worried at first it was going to be to firm. However, after only a few seconds of laying on it the mattress completely conforms to your body. It was exactly what I wanted in a mattress and I got the best nights sleep I've had in years on it. If anyone is in need of a plush mattress then I would highly recommend this product line. You won't be disappointed.

I am very impressed with this iComfort CF3000 Hybrid Plush mattress by Serta. It is very thick and sturdy so no worries of sagging in the middle like a taditional mattress. I recived a I Comfort CF3000 bed to try an WOW. This mattress is perfect. This mattress has a firm but soft fell to it. It makes for a wonderful sleep . I was able to get to sleep with out all the pain i would have had on my old bed. With Firbromagla there is pain all the time an my bed would cause me even more pain well not now with this matress there is no pain to your pressure poi ts . There is no problem with felling your spouse moving cause there is no movement transfer. This is the best bed out there.

I am a side sleeper with hips that hurt and keep me up all night, my husband is a back sleeper with degenerative disc disease and lower back pain. We switched from a very expensive mattress to this Serta iComfort CF3000 Hybrid Plush mattress and both my husband and I love it! This mattress provides support while also being plush hugging your body making you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. I am also a very hot sleeper and put off a lot of heat making me wake up covered in sweat, and making my husband move farther and farther away from me. This mattress makes me feel cool and comfortable and my husband says that my heat doesn't wake him up at all anymore. We can actually sleep through the night on this mattress! Our only complaint is that the mattress puts off a strong chemical smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the room, and gets stronger while laying on it. Hopefully it will go away over time.

This mattress is amazingly comfortable and the cooling technology really works. My husband and I always used to complain we are always too hot while sleeping but with this bed we actually turned off one of the two fans we used to sleep with. No matter If you sleep on your back or sides, you will find the mattress conforms to your body and provides popper support. My only regret is waiting this long to get one.

I absoluelty love my new iComfort CF3000 Hybird Plush1! Having a really nice mattress has always been on my bucket list. I can happily say that is now scratched off! My new mattress is unbelieveably comfortable and my husband agrees with me. We are sleeping better than ever and we can't wait to crawl in bed at night. This mattress is firm yet soft at the same time. It cradles my body and provides just the right amoung of support. I love that it is a hybird and that it is constructed of both coils and memory foam. It also has a cooling benefit which aides in a more comfortable sleep experience. This mattress makes me feel like a pampered customer at a five star hotel! Amazing Comfort and Coolness

It became apparent to me very quickly as I laid down on the iComfort CF3000 Hybrid Plush Mattress that I did not know that the grass was greener on the other side. WOW, this mattress is flat out AMAZING. I am floored at how you can be cool and comfortable all at the same time. This is an outstanding mattress.

This mattress is all I've ever dreamed of and more!! It's extremely comfortable and the best thing is I sleep like a baby and wake up in the morning refreshed! I have never slept so good! It has that cooling feeling which is awesome so it doesn't make me feel sweaty while sleeping. It's memory foam which is what I usually prefer because it helps me sleep better at night! It's very high quality and will asst for years.I'm honestly in love with this mattress and hate getting out of bed due to it being so comfortable! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for that perfect mattress, you will not be disappointed!
